Products
We can offer you normal samples in stock for free, but need you afford the delivery cost. For custom design projects, we need charge you some set up cost, and we will hand back to you when you placed the order.
Most of our crystals are optical crystals. But we can produce lead crystal as per request.
Imprinting & Engraving
Sure, it’s alternative, we can make blank crystals or engraved crystals as per clients’ requests.
We can engrave crystal or imprint crystal mostly by three options: 3d laser engraved, sandblasting and UV imprinting.

Pricing
Yes, our pricing policy is more combined items, bigger quantities, better prices.
Our prices are based on dimensions, colors, quantities and other details. You can send us a list include item number, dimensions, and the quantities you would like to order, and we will email you our pricing as soon as we checked your list.
Sure, we can give you better prices based on bigger quantities.
We can give you much better prices than LCL orders.
We only send price list to our old customers, big wholesalers and distributors.
Ordering
We have MOQ for some products, please contact us for more details.
For products in our website, please send us item numbers, colors, dimensions, engraving arts and quantities by email.
For custom design products, please send us layouts, specifications, engraving arts, quantities and other details as many as possible.
The lead time is depends on different condition, we’ve always been doing fast production and delivery.
Packing
Each crystal is packed in a good satin lined gift box, we can do different color gift box as per client’s request. Also other styles gift boxes are available.
Sure, most of our clients are oversea customers, we have abundant experience to ship the goods to any worldwide locations safely.
Firstly, we use the good satin gift box to pack the crystals, and then we pack the boxes into small cartoons which can protect the boxes. Lastly, we put the small cartoons into the shipping cartoon which is surround with foams inside.
Shipping
We can ship goods to you by three ways: by courier (DHL, FedEx, Etc), by airfreight (only arrive at the nearest international airport, need custom clear and delivery from the airport to your office) and by sea (only arrive at the nearest seaport, need custom clear and delivery from the seaport to your office).
If shipping by courier, the shipping time is approx. 3-5 days. If shipping by airfreight, the shipping time is approx. 3-6 days. If shipping by sea, the shipping time is approx. 10-28 days (depends on different locations).
Courier is the most expensive way to ship the goods, but the most fast and convenient way.Airfreight is also fast and convenient, but cheaper than courier.
Sea shipment is the cheapest one, but not so convenient and fast like courier and airfreight. Mostly for container loaded goods and large orders.
Payment & Trade Term
We mostly accept wire transfer (T/T). For small orders, we need T/T in advance. For large orders, special orders and FCL orders, please contact us for more information.
We mostly do trade terms with FOB, CFR, or CIF.
We mostly accept USD, GBP and EUR.
