- There is no price on your website, how can I get a quote?
You may not find pricing on our website, if you need a quote from us, please send item number, dimension and quantity to us by Email (please send your enquiry to sales@glorycrystal.com), our sales representatives will reply to you asap based on your details.
We have price breaks, larger quantities, better prices.
If possible, please let us know your target price (or budget), required date and delivery address, and we will offer more detailed reply for you.
- How can I place an order?
We do not have an online ordering systerm now, as we are mostly a manufacturer and trader, when you send detailed inquires (included the above requested details) to us, we will forward our quote to you.
If you accept our quote and other required trade terms, and you would like to proceed the order, then we will send our proforma invoice（P/I）to you for making payment (or deposit).
- How do you ship orders?
We can ship goods by sea shipment, air cargo shipment or express delivery. Please check our shipping options for more shipping details.
- What's your package for crystal? Is the package security for long distance & long time shipping?
We use nice satin lined gift box to pack each crystal, and then use thick foams to protect the boxes, so the package will be very safe even for long distance shipment. Please check our packing details for more packing details.
- Can I order bespoke gift boxes? Can I print my logo on the lid of the box?
Yes, we offer all kinds of gift boxes, with many styles and colors are available (like black, blue, red, golden, green, etc). And we can print your logo, slogan or image on the gift box (on the lid or other positions). The printing can be silver imprinted or golden imprinted.
- Can I engrave or print any image or design inside the crystal (or on the crystal)?
Yes, we can engrave any kind of design inside the crystal or on the crystal. The crystal shape can be cubic, sphere or other polygons. You can send pictures (pictures should be as large as possible) or CAD files to us, and our 3d designer will set up the laser engraving artwork based on those pictures.
- How do you charge for custom engraving?
Generally speaking, we do custom engraving for free based on bulk quantity orders. But we will charge you some set up cost for small orders, the cost depends on the complication of the artwork and quantities.
- How is your trade term and payment term? What shipping options can we have?
Our trade term is FOB, CIF and CFR in general, and you can choose courier (like DHL, FeDex, UPS), air cargo or sea shipment to ship your orders. We only accept wire transfer payment for wholesale orders.
